Remuneration policy for Reka Industrial, approved in the Annual General Meeting on 26 June, 2020. The remuneration policy describes remuneration principles for the members of the Board of Directors and CEO. The remuneration policy will also apply to any deputy CEO.
Reka Industrial's remuneration report is developed in line with the Finnish Corporate Governance code. Remuneration report was approved in the Annual General Meeting on 6 April, 2022. Remuneration report allows transparently and openly to illustrate the Board of Directors and CEO remuneration during review period.
The remuneration report has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act, the Finnish Securities Markets Act, the remuneration policy of the share issuer and the Decree of the Ministry of Finance on the remuneration report and the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2020.
